- With the blessings of Allah, The Most Gracious and The Most Merciful. And with the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques – King Salman Bn Abdulaziz Al Saud and his Crown Prince Mohammad Bn Salman. It is a privilege for me to serve as Chairman of Madar Al Etihad Real Estate Company.
- Since our inception in 1984, the real estate market in Saudi Arabia has undergone changes unlike any other country of its kind. When only 35 years ago our current head office in downtown Riyadh, was that of farms and desert. We are thankful, and proud to have participated in the progress and various real estate achievements in our ever-expanding country.
- Today we are surrounded by financial districts, large urban communities, shopping malls, entertainment venues, parks, and even state of the art Universities that encompass some of the largest in the world. Due to the vast and rapid development in the country, competition has been at its highest ever. New ideas and concepts are presented to the market every day that enhances quality and affordability for our great Saudi society.
